Sustainable Business Model, You Don't Say?

In an excellent article, this keen observation was made 'Investors are increasingly looking for a sustainable business model advantage—a far cry from the “growth at all costs” focus in recent years. As a result, major publicly listed insurtechs have seen their valuations plummet compared with their all-time highs.' It seems as if investors have determined that producing revenue and capital returns are the 'new thing' for insurtechs. It may be hard to believe but some visionary/ serial entrepreneur who has a online submission collection form and an appointment from a dodgy carrier may not actually be transforming the industry (or be worth a $1B valuation).
